Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or communicating with us through any channel (WhatsApp, email, social media), you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing our platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
• Agree to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
• If you are placing an order on behalf of another person or a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

Products & Descriptions

All Nanyaa jewellery is crafted from BIS hallmarked 925 sterling silver unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing. We take care to represent our products accurately, but please note:

• Product photographs are as accurate as possible; however, colours may appear slightly different due to device display settings, screen calibration, and photography lighting.
• Weights and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces.
• Stone shades in gemstone-set pieces (semi-precious or synthetic) can vary naturally each piece is unique.
• Products marked "GODACCHI" are part of our wholesale line, which is also available to retail customers. See Section 9 for Godacchi programme details.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product from our catalogue at any time without prior notice.

Ordering & Payment

All orders placed on nanyaa.in are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order is an offer to purchase it is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Payment Methods Accepted

UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, EMI (select banks), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes across India.

COD Orders

Available across most serviceable pin codes. A nominal COD handling fee may apply at checkout.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel a standard order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us on WhatsApp (+91 73549 99999).

Customised/engraved orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Failed or Double Payments

If your account is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank or payment gateway within 5–7 business days. Contact us if it doesn't resolve.

Order Rejection

We reserve the right to cancel any order — for instance, in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

A full refund will be issued in such cases.

Pricing & Offers

All prices on nanyaa.in are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, orders confirmed at checkout will be honoured at the price shown at that time.

• Discount codes must be applied at checkout and are valid only for the stated duration. They cannot be applied retroactively.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Free shipping is applicable on prepaid orders above a minimum cart value as displayed on the website. COD orders may carry a separate shipping charge.
• Sale prices are valid only for the duration of the sale and for the specific items listed.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship Pan India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are:

A tracking number will be shared via SMS and/or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen events outside our control.
• Nanyaa / Godachi Private Limited is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners after dispatch.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

Exchange & Replacement Policy

We want you to love every Nanyaa piece. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, here is our exchange policy:

Exchange Window

30 days from the date of delivery for all standard (non-customised) products.

Condition for Exchange

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact and the invoice included.

How to Initiate

Message us on WhatsApp (+91 73549 99999) or email us. We will guide you through the exchange process and arrange a pickup where available.

Exchange Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange for a different size, design, or product of equal value. Simply mention your preference when initiating the exchange and we will assist you. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Not eligible for exchange

• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or exposure to chemicals.
• Pieces that have been resized or altered after purchase.
• Items without original packaging or tags.
• Products reported after the 30-day window.

Damaged / Wrong Item Received

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us with photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We will exchange it at no cost to you, including reverse shipping.

Customised Orders

Nanyaa offers personalised, handcrafted jewellery engraved pieces, custom designs, and made-to-order items coordinated via WhatsApp. As these are made specifically for you:

• Customised and engraved pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where we have made an error in production or the item is defective.
• Please carefully verify all engraving details (name, date, script — Hindi or English) before confirming your order. We are not responsible for errors in text provided by the customer.
• A confirmed payment or advance payment is required before production begins.
• Estimated production and delivery 7–12 business days.

We will share a WhatsApp update once your piece is crafted and dispatched, along with a tracking number.

Godacchi Wholesale Programme

Godacchi is Nanyaa's wholesale and bulk-order programme available to retailers, jewellery boutiques, and resellers. Products labelled "GODACCHI" on the website are also available to individual retail customers.

• Wholesale pricing and minimum order quantities apply for the Godacchi trade programme. Contact us via WhatsApp or email for a trade price list.
• Wholesale buyers are responsible for compliance with local tax and trade regulations in their region.
• Godacchi products carry the same BIS hallmark guarantee as all Nanyaa pieces.
• Resale of Nanyaa / Godacchi products is permitted only for authorised trade partners. Unauthorised resale on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Meesho, Amazon) without our written consent is prohibited.
• For the Godacchi programme, separate trade terms and agreements may apply and will be provided at onboarding.

Warranty & Product Care

All Nanyaa jewellery carries a 6-month manufacturing warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Natural tarnishing of silver caused by exposure to perfumes, chemicals, water, sweat, or air over time.
• Physical damage, scratches, dents, or breakage caused by rough handling or accidents.
• Loss of stones or findings due to improper care.
• Damage resulting from alterations made by a third party.

We offer free lifetime cleaning for all Nanyaa pieces. Bring your jewellery to us in Bhopal, or contact us to arrange postal cleaning (reverse shipping at customer's cost).

Care Tips

• Store silver in an airtight pouch.
• Clean with a soft dry cloth.
• Remove before swimming, bathing, or applying perfume.
• Avoid contact with bleach and household cleaning products.

Intellectual Property

All content on nanyaa.in and our social media channels — including jewellery designs, photographs, logos, brand name, product names, copy, and the "Nanyaa" and "Godacchi" marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of Godachi Private Limited, protected under Indian and international IP laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or commercially use any content without our prior written consent.
• Personal social media sharing with appropriate credit to @nanyaa.sunar is welcome.
• Our jewellery designs are original. Unauthorised replication for commercial purposes is a violation of our design rights.
• Nanyaa's 95-year heritage, family craft tradition, and brand story are proprietary to Godachi Private Limited.

User Conduct

By using our platform, you agree not to:

• Use nanyaa.in for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in orders or communications.
• Post defamatory, abusive, or harmful content in reviews or any communication with us.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.
• Resell Nanyaa or Godacchi products on third-party platforms without our prior written authorisation.
• Represent Nanyaa or Godacchi or imply affiliation without our consent.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders from users who violate these conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Godachi Private Limited (Nanyaa) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our products or platform — including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or reputational damage.

Our maximum liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms, or from purchases made on nanyaa.in, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage customers to reach out to us directly at contact@nanyaa.in or WhatsApp (+91 73549 99999) to resolve the matter amicably. We are committed to resolving genuine disputes fairly and promptly.

Changes to These Terms

Godachi Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on nanyaa.in with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify customers via WhatsApp or email.

Your continued use of nanyaa.in after any changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
